Orders may be placed by phone, fax, email, or via our online shop.

Pricing and information can be accessed on the specific product pages. When placing orders by telephone, fax, or email, please list the items to be ordered, their respective catalog numbers, and include your purchase order number, credit card information (if appropriate), name, and telephone number together with your shipping and billing addresses. If you prefer to pay using PayPal, please include the email address of your PayPal account. Orders will be shipped via FedEx unless requested otherwise. Terms and conditions are listed below.

Terms & Conditions

• IMPORTANT:  If a product description is included on your purchase order together with the catalog number, please ensure that they match. If they do not, shipments will be delayed.
• IMPORTANT:  Please include the email address and/or telephone number of the purchasing agent on orders placed by email, fax or online.
• IMPORTANT:  All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
• Kit Sequestration: On request, we will sequester specific batches of kits. However, prior to doing so we must have a purchase order for all kits in the sequestered batch.
• Terms: Net 30 from date of invoice.
• FedEx will be used as courier unless otherwise requested.
• If shipped within the US on our FedEx account, shipping charges will be added to the invoice.
• If shipped internationally on our FedEx account, shipping charges will be added to the invoice and goods will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Payment of applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer
• If shipped internationally on the buyers FedEx, DHL or UPS account, goods will be shipped Ex-Works. Payment of shipping costs and applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• If shipped internationally the buyer is responsible for obtaining the necessary documents to clear the package through customs. We will not be held responsible for packages being delayed or held at customs.
• Buyer assumes all risks and liability arising from unloading, discharge, storage, handling and use of products.
