The PEG SPARCL™ assay is a rapid (30 min), no wash, luminescence immunoassay that allows measurement of free PEG and PEGylated proteins. The antibody used in the kit detects the PEG backbone. The kit can therefore be used to detect PEG chains with different terminal end-groups.
