Product Description
Troponin-C is the calcium sensor of the troponin ITC complex. It can be used to stabilize troponin-I in immunoassays. It can also be used as a biomarker for cardiac and slow-twitch skeletal muscle injury. Recombinant human cardiac troponin-C has an identical sequence to the native protein. It does not have purification tags. It is purified at Life Diagnostics from E. coli extracts using a proprietary affinity chromatography method.
