PEG Dilution Buffer was developed at LDI for use in our own PEG and anti-PEG ELISA’s. Most commercial dilution buffers for ELISA contain polyoxyethylene detergents that interfere with PEG and PEG antibody detection. PEGD50-1 contains an effective blocking agent that minimizes non specific binding and a non polyoxyethylene detergent that decreases variability and background.
Please Note: This dilution buffer should not be used with our MPEG ELISA kit.
