PEG SPARCL™ Kits
We have recently developed SPARCL™ kits for measurement of mPEG (methoxy-PEG) and non-methoxy-PEG. The assays can be used to measure free PEG and PEGylated proteins. Sensitivity varies with PEG chain length and the extent of PEGylation. As shown in Figures 1 – 4 below, good reactivity is observed for linear PEG chains with molecular weights of 5 kDa or greater.
SPARCL™ assays are simple and fast (30 min) luminescence based assays. A luminometer capable of simultaneous injection and measurement is required.
