This is a sandwich-type ELISA. It uses two different monoclonal antibodies developed at LDI. The capture antibody (9B5-6-25-7) recognizes the polyoxyethylene backbone. The other (5D6-3) is specific for the terminal methoxy group of mPEGs and mPEGylated proteins.
